Suncheon is a city in South Jeolla Province, South Korea and takes about 5 hours from Seoul. It’s also 40 minutes from Yeosu, a major port city in South Jeolla Province.
Suncheon is known as a rising eco-city in Korea because of the Suncheon Bay Garden. Its mud flats were even featured in a BBC documentary on Korea’s nature.
