Marantz 1250 blowing fuses with fireworks!

this Marantz 1250 is a mega amp, high quality with I believe high end parts and would be a jewel if you can get your hands on one, or retore it back to life if you had one stored for years....this amplifier was excellent to work on with easy enough access...PS...I didn't post anything about the relay as I didn't find any issues other than it was worked on before and it was working fine with the clicking sound every time it was powered on...
