BURY FARM BAREBACK CHALLENGE 2019 | 2ND PLACE

Wow. What an incredible night. Our first time competing in the Bury Farm Bareback Challenge and wow was it a night to remember. My superstar little rocket pony grew wings and ZOOMED round the 90cm course at the speed of light. I was a nervous wreck all day knowing I'd be competing in front of a crowd of near 500 and a videocamera live streaming it to thousands. But my amazing little pony warms up beautifully filling me with confidence!
We had some drama trying to get in the ring, if you follow my Instagram @lily.equestrian you'll know she's a bit of a rearer lol and she decided that the chute was going to eat her.... classic crystal really! It was hilarious that I had to lead her in and mount in the arena lol, she's a silly sausage.
Super pony proceeded to SOAR round the course to finish on the daunting 1m25 joker fence to place 2ND!!!
Huge thankyou to my two amazing friends Serena & Jess for videoing me and congratulations on placing 1st & 3rd! A clean sweep for our team of super greys!
The most incredible night I will never forget, the atmosphere and crowd was absolutely insane... and Crystal gave me such an indescribable feeling... she's truly one in a million.
