Changing of the Seasons | Fall Harvesting on the Southern Kenai Peninsula

Fall is coming to an end, so that means it's time to get our garden prepped and ready for the spring! We harvest the last of our tomatoes and carrots, seaweed for the garden, grouse for dinner, and berries for dessert. Fall harvest at its best!

32 Oz Fresh Berries
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 TBSP All-Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Water

Crisp
1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tes Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Softened Butter
