Starting yesterday morning, raids targeted 30 locations of 5 major colonizers in Jaipur and Kota, including Gokul Kripa, High Fly Real Estate, VRB Developers Group, Riyasat Group, and Kisan Real Estate & Developers. Officials have seized lockers containing over ₹2 crore in cash, with detailed examination of financial records and property transactions underway. Evidence suggests large portions of property deals were conducted in cash. The investigation by the Income Tax Department’s Investigation Wing aims to expose black money and illicit financial practices.
