Happy New Year YouTube Friends! After a much needed rest over Christmas, Anna and I are now happily back at work and looking forward to what we hope will be a marvellous year here at The Last Homely House! I have decided the ‘theme’ of the year is going to be ‘Use What You Have’ and so this will be something I am reflecting on in some of the videos here on Youtube, and over on Patreon too. I want to rummage around in my boxes of fabric and half finished projects, dust off my craft supplies and make do with what I have here in abundance at The Last Homely House! So I hope you enjoy following along with me in this endeavour in 2025! Perhaps you too have some unfinished projects and beautiful piles of fabric you have been meaning to dig out too? In this week’s video I am taking a look through my box of unfinished Liberty Projects! This was a lovely trip down memory lane, reflecting on all of these different projects and thinking about which ones I might like to finish. Please let me know in the comments below if you have any ideas about what I should do with them especially the blue and pink fabric strips - I must have had an idea when I started but I can't remember it if I did!

Over on Patreon and Instagram this year, I will be talking about the different crafts featured in this year’s calendar, and there will be a video each month on Patreon about how to make the different projects - some of which will be me teaching Anna about the craft, and others me working on the craft myself.
