Welcome to The Karotechia Conundrum, a Achtung! Cthulhu 2d20 RPG campaign, with influences from both the World War Cthulhu RPG background and the Delta Green RPG history, designed to make the setting more gritty and scary.

It’s October 1940, and the PCs are near Alexandria, Egypt, on an island in the Bay of Aboukir known as “Nelson’s Island”. Having engaged some Italian cultists and a large “fish-headed creature” in a vast cave with a seawater pool, they start searching for a sorcerer they have already wounded in the conclusion to this season of our game.
