Making a Infantry Combat knife, N690 steel, 61HRC

Thank you for joining me on my channel. Today, we will be making a infantry combat knife. Also known as a kabar knife. Such a knife was used by the US Marine Corps (USMC) during World War II. I made my blade from stainless steel called N690.
The carried out hardness test showed 61HRC.
The handle is made from stacked leather pieces that have been glued together. The end plate is also glued on and mechanically secured with a pin.
