The third and final part is about an interview of Nripendra Mishra by an India Today Journalist "Rajiv Srivastava" in which Shri Mishra who is regarded as the country's finest and most experienced "Bureaucrat" and is Chairman of the Ram Mandir Construction Committee has denied the allegation on Mulayam Singh's office of opening fire on unarmed Karsewaks gathered in lakhs on street of Ayodhya on Oct 30th and Nov 2nd, 1990. He adds that the order was given by local administration but further clarifies by saying, "Onus lies on everyone".
