Thana Boonlert, Green Party candidate for Calgary Centre, has pledged to work with his fellow candidates in the riding of Calgary Centre on the non-partisan issue of increasing voter turnout. He will engage communities and demographics, such as younger voters (18-25), the homeless, and aboriginal communities.

He will attend at least one non-partisan event with his fellow candidates, to focus on voting, why it is important, and how to vote. And, in coordination with his fellow candidates, he will make an official press release announcing this pledge.

Thana will be joining three of the other Calgary Centre candidates; Joan Crockatt (Conservative), Kent Hehr (Liberal), and Jillian Ratti (NDP). They will be participating at a non-partisan event hosted by the Calgary Drop-In Centre on Wednesday October 7th, 2015, and will be announcing this pledge at 5:30 pm.
