Apollyon, but I can only use Void

No items, just Void.

Another Binding of Isaac itemless run and it’s Apollyon, and their starting item: The Void - a very versatile signature active to run with. This run quickly becomes about utilising what I get, to efficiently make stats, hoping that it totals enough to make it to Cathedral vs. Isaac. As well as passive stat-ups, Void also gives Apollyon the chance to build multiple active item synergies - this was a really enjoyable premise for a challenge run, hopefully you enjoy watching it too :)

Rules

- play as Apollyon (unseeded)
- no items can be taken (Void Only)
- no Black/Soul hearts can be taken
- Red Heart based health only*
- no Polaroid/Negative
- defeat Isaac

*Red Heart Based Health includes: Red Hearts, Eternal Hearts, Gold Hearts, Bone Hearts, and Rotten Hearts. It excludes any other health types; but these can still be acquired by indirect means, such as gaining Soul Hearts through ‘Balls of Steel’, for example (This rules was implemented to balance the difficulty of a challenge run on a HP based character!)
