Hey everybody! Welcome back to my channel!

I suffer with a chronic illness called POTS. This is a form of dysautonomia that affects my daily life. I suffer from a host of daily symptoms including nausea, dizziness, high heart rate, blacking out, muscle pain, inability to stand for long periods, chronic fatigue, and many more. On my channel, I attempt to motivate those who are struggling with similar limitations and show you that it is okay when you cannot accomplish everything that you wish you could. I'm also here to let you know that you are not alone in your battles!
