Julia's B+3 is Excellent against Steve

Whenever I fight Steve I like to approach using moves that Low Profile his B+1. Some good moves with this characteristic are Law's D+1, DF3+4, Db3+4--Nina's Qcf+3, Feng Db+3, Julia's B+3, SS+2, & SS+4(also generic D+4s work well). It's not the solution everytime to winning since Steve has answers such as Uf+1, WR+2, and Df+2--but is it a very helpful tool? Yes, most definitely--It makes playing the matchup a lot less stressful.

One thing I've noticed rewatching these clips is that Steve's Df+2 can still lose to Julia's B+3 if it's spaced at max range. Even more reason to use B+3 wisely.
