In this falconry video, I introduce and discuss falconry bells and falconry radio telemetry.
In the sport of falconry, hawks falcons and eagles are flown completely free. Even with a well trained bird, there is an infinite number of things that can go wrong. From wild hawks chasing off your bird, to a hunt that leads your birds miles away. In the past, falconry bells were the only way to attempt to relocate ones bird. The invention of radio telemetry and now even GPS telemetry has completely changed the sport.
