Answer: It does not come with a built-in heart rate monitor. It does keep track of your time, distance travelled, speed, and calorie expenditure.

Question #2: How difficult is it to assemble?
Teeter FreeStep comes 65 percent constructed, with simple 3D guided instructions available in the BILT app. The major base component comes almost completely completed, so the seat, legs, console, and handles are the last pieces to put together.

Question #3: Will this machine function for a 330-pound person...the seat seems to be somewhat small?
Answer: We do have a 300-pound weight restriction. I can't suggest the product to anybody who weighs more than that.
