This Butter Corn Pulao is a quick lunch box recipe. Sweet Corn Pulao is so fragrant and aromatic rice recipe. I used only minimal ingredients. This pulao takes only 5 minutes to make. Since this sweet corn pulao recipe is not spicy at all, it is perfect for kids (just don't add chilli powder and black pepper when making it for kids).

INGREDIENTS
Rice - 1 cup (I used Basmati rice, you can use any rice you have)
Sweet corn kernels from 1 Corn
Butter - 2 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
garlic - 6
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 1
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Optional add grated cheese and chilli flakes to garnish.
