A huge blow has struck Aam Aadmi Party and its reputation, amid allegations that 65,000 ghost patients underwent pathological tests at the Delhi government-run Mohalla Clinics. The shocking revelation, unearthed after a preliminary investigation done by the Anti-Corruption Bureau, implicates private labs that were reportedly paid a total Rs. 4.63 crore by the government for the tests. Two private labs in Delhi are said to have conducted close to 22 lakh tests from February to December 2023, 65,000 of which were found to be fraudulent.
