Lemon drizzle cake recipe 🍋

Lemon Drizzle Cake {Easiest EVER Recipe!}

The difference in my recipe is that I ALWAYS use salted butter and brown sugar. I prefer this taste. I also add a generous amount of lemon juice. Add a splash of milk if you feel it looks too thick, but I’d opt for adding more lemon juice instead. Keep tasting until it’s tangy enough. Remember to pour the lemon juice on top of your pierced cake once it out the oven and cooling. This will really make a difference. And make your icing with plain icing sugar and lemon juice. No water.
