i read the mountain is you by Brianna Wiest last year and the words "your new life is going to cost you your old one" will forever stick with me. we are naturally forever evolving beings but attach previous versions of ourselves, relationships, habits that no longer serve us and it makes it difficult for us to grow. change is inevitable and always happening whether we see it or not.
