SWC ANIMAL SPOTLIGHT: Michael Jay the red fox, an animal rescue story

Welcome to SWC’s first animal spotlight! This week, our featured creature is Michael Jay the red fox! MJ came to our facility in August 2023. In this video, you will learn all about his story, some cool facts about the species, how to care for them, if they make a good pet, and end with a conservation message 🌎

MJ was abandoned by his owner and left in a room with no water and was fed only once a week. Against all odds, MJ made his way to Sunset Wildlife Connection 🦊

After being at SWC, Michael Jay has blossomed. Now that he is receiving the proper diet, he has gained weight and his coat is shiny and looks amazing! He's training well, playing, and bonding with his caretakers. He’s so smart and we are so grateful to have him here at Sunset Wildlife Connection 🌅
