[4K] Craiova Romania walk tour, eastern Europe university town, ex-communist city summer

Craiova is the capital of the Dolj province in the Oltenia region of Romania, in Eastern Europe. Although the soviet past is still present in communist blocks, the city maintained a belle-époque atmosphere thanks to its gracious buildings. It's also the seat of one of the most important university in Romania. We toured the city in August, so the city centre was quite empty due to a hard heatwave.
