This is one video in a Series of Videos I have of Sifu Chow teaching the Mook Jong or Wooden Dummy. The Traditional form has been broken into 10 sections by Sifu Chow's Si Kung Leung Sheung.

This is a Demonstration of the first 5 sets of the Wooden Dummy form taught in the IWC.
