In Ant-Man and the Wasp, der Fortsetzung zu Ant-Man, kommen die Pym-Partikel erneut zum Einsatz wie auch Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly sowie Regisseur Peyton Reed.

Handlung von Ant-Man and the Wasp
Mit einer Mid-Credit-Szene in Ant-Man wurden die Weichen für die Personalerweiterung der Fortsetzung gestellt: So gewährt Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) seiner Tochter Hope van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) einen Blick auf den Prototyp eines neuen Kostüms für Wasp und somit Aussicht, die Nachfolge ihrer Mutter anzutreten, die einst in den subatomaren Tiefen verloren ging.
