The Iveria is a freehold condominium in Singapore that has been redeveloped on the site of the former Riviera Point, located on Kim Yam road. This quirky 51-unit boutique development is inspired by New York City’s Flatiron Building, which was constructed in 1902. The Iveria offers only three-bedroom with study apartments between 904 to 947 square feet in size. The single wedge-shaped building was designed by JGP Architects and stands at 19 storeys, with the topmost three levels offering a truly breathtaking skyline view.

The Ivera is developed by Macly Group, the renowned local boutique developers behind residential projects like Fivenine and Nottinghill Suites. The Iveria is also being constructed by firm Lim Wen Heng Holdings, of which Macly Group is a joint venture partner along with Roxy-Pacific holdings. The collective previously developed NEU at Novena, an 87-unit freehold development on Moulmein Rise.

Raising the investment value of the property is also the upcoming Great World MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line, which is set to open in 2021. The station will only be 680 metres away from The Iveria.
