On 4th of June, Bollywood actress Yami Gautam tied her nuptial knot with filmmaker, Aditya Dhar. Here are some unknown shocking yet interesting facts about Yami Gautam’s life partner –Aditya Dhar was born on 12th of March in the year 1983, in New Delhi. During one of his interviews, Aditya revealed that he came to Mumbai in the year 2006. Success did not come handy for Adtya Dhar. During the initial stages of his career, he worked in theatres. This popular director then become an assistant director and struggled really hard in his life. He is a dialogue writer too and worked as a dialogue writer for Bollywood movies like Aakrosh and Tezz. Aditya Dhar has always revealed that he is very much keen towards Indian Army and always wanted to join the army. Later in 2019, Aditya Dhar got his big break with Uri: The Surgical Strike. But it is known to very few people that Uri was not his first project. Yes, before Uri happened, Aditya worked for the movie Raat Baaki which starred Fawad Khan and Katrina Kaif in lead roles. But later the movie got shelved and his debut as a director got delayed. In 2019, Uri hit the theatres and did a humungous business at the box office. The movie become critically praised and people showered their love on the movie. Aditya Dhar’s debut movie brought him National Award under the best director category at the 66th National Film Awards. He won Most promising director awards at Zee Cine and at 26th Screen Awards. 65th Filmfare Awards gave Aditya Dhar the Best Debut Director Award for Uri: the Surgical Strike. This talented director is a lyricist too and has given lyrics to the movies Kabul Express, Haal E Dil, One Two Three, Daddy Cool. Currently, Aditya Dhar is working upon his next big project named Immortal Ashwathama, starring Vicky Kaushal in lead role.
