After years of feeling lost in traditional education and caring full-time for his terminally ill mother, Sam found hope through the Path 2 Apprenticeships (P2A) programme.

With support tailored to his needs, Sam developed key skills and landed a Level 4 Business Development apprenticeship—working on the very programme that helped him rebuild his confidence and career. Now, he’s giving back by mentoring new learners and helping them find their path.

This is more than a success story—it’s a powerful reminder of how inclusive, employer-backed training programmes can transform lives.
