DIY: Jeep Wrangler Heater Core Flush

Описание к видео DIY: Jeep Wrangler Heater Core Flush

Jeep Wrangler heater core flush is a simple task for any home wrench guy looking to do the job himself. This demonstration is for 2012-2018 JK Wranglers with 3.6L Pentastar Engines. The most common complaint is no heat output or lack of heat on the driver side. Casting sand from the engine block manufacturing process is what is causing most of the heater core issues with reports of mixing of incompatible coolants causing the debris.

Note: This demonstration is for removing the casting sand only or debris from incompatible coolant mixing. There are other and better ways to clean a dirty cooling system.

Note: You must blow out any remaining tap water from the heater core. Using an air nozzle or simply placing your month on either hose and blow the water out of the system.
