Apple “Crêpes”
1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling
6 flour tortillas
2 tsps ground cinnamon
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup water
1/3 cup butter

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking pan. Spoon the pie filling evenly on to all the tortillas and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up each tortilla like a burrito and place seam side down in your baking pan. Bring sugars, water, and butter to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the sauce evenly over the tortillas. Sprinkle with more cinnamon. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Place under the broiler for 2 minutes at the end of cooking to brown (but don’t let them burn, ha!)
