Ingredients;
2-3 LBS. Chicken Wings ( washed, and dried)
2-3 tbsp. Tony's Creole Seasoning (Original)
1-2 tbsp. Kinder's Salt, Pepper, Garlic Seasoning
1 c. Flour
1/2 c. Corn Starch
4-5 c. Canola oil ( vegetable oil or peanut oil also works) 365F.
Cook wings for 13 minutes.

Sauce. This is a double batch
4 tbsp. Butter ( unsalted )
1 1/2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp. Honey
1/2 Lemon Juiced
1/4 c. Hot Sauce ( or as much as you want)
