Repair: Top-tier Voodoo 2 found at Scrapyard

Another Voodoo 2 is on my repair bench! This time, a card found at the scrapyard! An initial inspection reveals several missing capacitors and resistors, many disconnected legs and broken solder joints around the 3Dfx chips and a bit of PCB damage. Let's see if we can revive this Voodoo 2!
