You play as the S.P.I.D.E.R. unit, an experimental surgical robot undergoing a live field test. Across a series of shifts, you perform triage, diagnosis, emergency surgery, and forensic autopsies on the crew as conditions aboard the Rusanov deteriorate.

Patients die. Mistakes accumulate. Commit too much MALPRAXIS and the trial is terminated. The experiment begins again. This is your reality.
