Top 5 Things To Do In Estes Park Colorado

Estes Park Colorado is know for its beauty and rich history. In this video I go over my top 5 things to do when I visit Estes Park Colorado. Right before you enter the town of Estes, you will see a pull off spot with a stone sign welcoming you into Estes Park. Most people take advantage of this cool spot and snag a quick picture. After you enter the town you will drive by the visitor center and parking. You can park there to go to my next suggestion. Which is walking down the Fun Way or River Walk trail. This follows Fall River and follows the back side of some stores. Some of those stores have back doors you can pop into! My third suggestion would be enjoying the wildlife and Lake Estes. In the summer you can fish for trout, kayak, paddle-board, or go boating. As far as the wildlife goes you are most likely to spot an Elk or a few Deer, but there is a lot of wildlife in the area! The fourth suggestion would be to go to Elk Horn Ave. They have a lot of cute stores and places to shop and eat. My next video will go more in detail on where you should stop, but there are a lot of stores to visit!. The last suggestion would be to visit the historic Stanley Hotel. This hotel was the inspiration for the Shining and had a scene filmed inside from the movie Dumb and Dumber. They also put a Hedge Maze outside and have a great view of the mountains.
