An 18 year-old male was diagnosed with severe Class III malocclusion and deepbite. After a careful profile analysis, a camouflage treatment with extraction of the lower 2nd molars was the patient’s preferred treatment plan. Mandibular buccal shelf screws were indicated to retract the lower arch. After 27 months of active treatment, the patient was pleased with the final results.
