What a joy it was to host Sifu Gwok Wai Zaam last year.
It´s always a pleasure being able to train with masters of other Wing Chun styles but particularly in this case because Gwok Sifu is a true gentleman and it was so much fun having him around.

Here you can see us touch hands for the first time as he is trying to explain to me his way of Chi Sao (sticking / clinging hands).
The way Chi Sao is being performed differs from style to style and it was very interesting feeling these differences in his body as my arms got in contact with his.
