230% rarity. Definitely has potential. Need to improve a bit though.
I quit on this build. It was never bad and would breeze through a lot of maps. For this farm, I couldn't get the AOE and tank up enough for me. I tried just about everything I could think of in pob giving myself an unlimited budget and I couldn't figure out a way to do it.
