This is a status video of the HospiBot project at the end of its first year, in which we are developing modular service robots for hospitals. The video focuses on the first payload, the HospiBot Humanoid HuGo, designed to greet patients and visitors. The project is funded by the European Union's Regional Development Fund under Interreg 6A Germany-Denmark. The robot was developed at SDU Robotics, Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller Institute, University of Southern Denmark.
