Pro Acryl lids suck but they can be fixed. Replacing bad lids and saving paint & money! Hobby Tips

DISCLAIMER! I love Pro Acryl and I think they are among the best paints for miniature painters... but... the lids have some issues. Differences in air pressure and temperature can cause these paints to ooze out of the bottle when opened, wasting paint, causing a mess, and generally being annoying to control.

This mostly happens with the higher viscosity paints. Washes do not seem to be affected at all. I love my Pro Acryl paints and I want them to last. Monument Hobbies seems to acknowledge the need for alternate lids too as they sell two kinds on their website.
