Rounds:

Round 1 & 2 JR Men: 6 heats x 25 minutes = 150 minutes
Round 2 Men: 3 heats x 25 minutes = 75 minutes
Round 3 Women: 4 heats x 25 minutes = 100 minutes
Round 3 Men: 8 heats x 25 minutes = 200 minutes
Heat Conditions:

Maximum 12 waves
Priority system
Paddle out last 5 minutes
