Algarve, Portugal Drone Flight Test at Falésia Beach

I got my first drone, a DJI Mini 2, for my birthday from my wife. It's crazy cool—it captures incredible 4K video and can fly miles away; well out of sight in a just a few seconds. It's also extremely anxiety provoking to fly, because I'm a novice pilot even though it has some cutting edge automated features such as RTH (return to home) and cinematic 'quick shots'.

Learning to fly it, shifting my photographic mind's eye to an aerial perspective, and then editing the footage is going to take some time. But this little video shows the drone's capabilities and is my first crack at using LumaFusion editing app. Shot yesterday at our ‘home’ beach distilled from 12 minutes of raw footage during two flights totaling about 50 minutes of flight time.
