Never ever forget to have contracts in your business. Here are just a few things that you need in your contract and why.

1. Clear Expectations: Contracts outline the scope of work, responsibilities, and expectations for both the home stager and the client. This ensures that everyone is on the same page regarding what will be done, how it will be done, and what is expected of each party.

2. Protection: Contracts offer legal protection to both parties. They specify the terms and conditions of the engagement, including payment terms, liability, and dispute resolution procedures. If a dispute arises, a well-drafted contract can be used to resolve it.

3. Payment Terms: Contracts outline the payment structure, including the amount, schedule, and method of payment. This helps ensure that the home stager is compensated fairly for their services and that the client understands the cost.
