Cream for cakes cake pops popsicle cakesicles (Layout for 4 - 5 pieces of cakes in a silicone mold for mini popsicles):
Butter biscuit 140 - 160 gr.
Milk or dark chocolate 30 gr.
Butter at room temperature 30 gr.
How to cook cakesicles on a stick:
Mash the biscuit with a fork or with your hands. Melt the chocolate and mix it with butter. Send the ganache to the biscuit. Mix the cake pops mass until smooth, as shown in the video recipe. Arrange into molds and send the cakesicles to the freezer for 5-7 hours. After that, decorate the cakesicles with icing for cake pops popsicles and put them in the refrigerator in an airtight container for defrosting.

Icing recipe for cake pops cakesicles :
200 gr. milk or dark chocolate
10 gr. vegetable oil.
Melt in the microwave in pulses. After each warm-up, mix the icing for cake pops. The working temperature of the icing for popsicles is 40 degrees C. It takes 10 - 15 grams of glaze for one cakesicles. but we need a reserve. Take a narrow glass for chocolate glaze!
