Starcraft II: Co-Op Mission - Chain of Ascension

Double-Edged - Damage dealt by your units and structures is dealt back to them, but then healed back over time.
Heroes from the Storm - Every attack wave will be led by a random Hero of increasing power. Each Objective point is also guarded by three random Heroes.
Mag-Nificent - Mag Mines are deployed throughout the map at the start of the mission.
Darkness - Previously explored areas remain blacked out on the minimap while outside of player vision.

Brutal Plus is a new co-op missions difficulty introduced by Blizzard. It takes the regular brutal mission, and adds random mutators based on your selected difficulty. You can choose to go in increasing difficulty from Brutal +1 to Brutal +6. This is one of the ways you can beat Brutal +6.
