The Seventh Night of July by Dolce Armonia Quintet

Описание к видео The Seventh Night of July by Dolce Armonia Quintet

In Japan, the 7th night of July is known as Tanabata, or the Star Festival. It’s originating from the Chinese Qixi (七夕) Festival, and celebrates the meeting of the deities Orihime and Hikoboshi, represented by the stars Vega and Altair respectively. According to legend, the Milky Way separates them, and they are allowed to meet only once a year on the evening of July 7th. 🎋

Let’s celebrate the Tanabata with us, the Dolce Armonia Quintet! We are pleased to present Itaru Sakai’s ‘The Seventh Night of July’ (originally composed for wind band and re-arranged for Tuba Quintet) in celebration of this year’s Tanabata Festival. We wish you all have a wonderful time with your loved ones, or family & friends on this meaningful night! Enjoy! ❤️

P.S. Thank you to Music Factory USJ for being our venue sponsor! 🙏
