Battle Princess Madelyn

I bought this game some months ago because I just liked the idea of a female protagonist and trying out a pixel platformer for a change.
I do not regret it.
The game is cute, to say the least. While working on my own metroidvania, the game gave me a much needed break from my own ideas, while I focused on getting the keys right and fighting with the bad guys.
Not to mention that I love playing action games anyway, I do like the story of Battle Princess. This is not the full game playthrough, of course, but I only allow myself this much time to get away from my own game - because I know I will get engrossed and then not leave until I finish. And I can not afford that at the moment.
