The New Armstrong Foils Mid Length Board - On Water Review

Описание к видео The New Armstrong Foils Mid Length Board - On Water Review

The new mid-length from Armstrong is, without a doubt, the best and most fun light wind board I've ever used.

I'm riding 865PM Mast, 60 Fuse, HA1080, Speed 180 with 6'1 XPS. Wind around 10 knots with current going the same way as wind 2-3 knots.

I'm 86kg 188cm, and I'm riding the 75L 6'1 here. My other wing boards are the 58L FG, 80L FG and 121L 7'7 DW.

This new Mid could narrow down my quiver and gave me a fantastic light wind board I could still turn, crave and jump.

NOTE: This is not a beginner's board. It's narrow and somewhat tippy, so only buy it if you can stay on foil through turns. Pump the board and wing to get off the water.

This board is easy for experienced foilers who can comfortably ride boards under their body weight.

I've ridden this a fair bit now. If you want sizing help, comment below. The full long-format review should be out the second week of May.

NOTE: Preorders are Open Now for Late May Delivery. See us at Underground Surf Orewa Beach Auckland, NZ or contact [email protected] for more info.
