The deadline for Forum Merger II Corporation (FMCI) to complete its merger with Ittella International has been extended October 30, 2020. The merger vote date was already set for October 15, 2020.

Shareholders of FMCI get a vote on whether to extend the deadline to October 30st. The extension vote has been postponed to Wednesday, September 30th, 2020. At that meeting, we will officially know whether the Forum Merger special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) has enough shareholder votes to extend the deadline by which they must complete their merger with Ittella International to become Tattooed Chef, Inc on the public stock market with a ticker symbol of $TTCF.

Ittella International announced a merger with Forum Merger (FMCI Stock) that would take the company to the public market as a Tattooed Chef stock IPO. Tattooed Chef is a plant based foods producer that currently goes by their official company name of "Ittella International".
