Winchester Draft:
Open 12 packs and separate the Leaders/Bases
Shuffle all other cards together in a single pile
Face up snake draft the leaders - roll for first pick
To start the draft, flip 4 cards face up in 4 distinct piles, the second pick for leaders gets first pick on the piles
During a players turn to draft, they take all cards in any of the 4 piles they choose, after picking a card 1 card is added to each of the 4 piles, and the next player makes their pick. Alternate like this until all cards are drafted. Then build decks!
