I've wanted to experiment with improving the performance of this cheap Harbor Freight impact for a while now. In this first stage I improved the air flow from the inlet to the motor. Although there was a noticeable improvement in power, it isn't enough. I'm now working on improving flow through the motor, hopefully there will be enough of an improvement to remove lugs that were installed by a more powerful twin hammer Impact.
