Steps:
Follow path in video in Kaifeng City to get underneath the city into the Ghostlight Market.
Run through the city until you get to the correct store: The Buried Tomes.
Talk to Ni Laoshan. He will force you to put on the Ghost Mask before you can shop with him. I equipped Ghost Mask: Rat.
Buy all the Unknown Old Books you can. I had to buy all 30 of his books in order to 100% comprehend Sword Horizon. There's like a 1/3 chance you actually comprehend progress whenever you use his books. However, this will get you to what you need.
If you run out of Five Dynasties coins, go to the Season Shop. Use Jade Fish to buy String of Coins bags that contain coins in them.
Use these String of Coins to get more coins to buy Unknown Old Books. Again, I had to buy all 30 to get 100% comprehension.

After casting Strategic Sword's Martial Art Skill, Special Skill, or Charged Skill, press the skill button at the perfect timing during the ending phase to cast Crisscrossing Swords and unleash follow-up attacks. If the target has 5 stacks of Bleed, remove all Bleed stacks and deal high Bleed damage once.
