Today we're at Narrows Park in Gig Harbor, a town where 50% of the population is in the workforce. With 5 major metropolitan areas nearby—Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Olympia, and military bases like JBLM and Bremerton Naval Base—commuting is a big deal here!

🚗 Seattle Commute:
Without traffic: ~45 minutes.
With traffic: 1-2 hours.
Alternatives: Sounder Train🚆 from Tacoma (20 min drive + 40 min train ride) or Southworth Fast Ferry ⛴️ (20 min drive + 26 min ferry ride).

🚗 Bellevue Commute:
Without traffic: ~45 minutes.
With traffic: 1-1.5 hours.
Alternatives: Sounder Train 🚆, city transit buses 🚌.

🚗 Olympia Commute:
Typically ~45 minutes.
Reverse commute means less traffic!

🚗 Military Bases:
Bremerton Naval Base: 20-40 minutes drive.
JBLM: ~35 minutes drive.

Seamless with the Tacoma Narrows Bridges 🌉
Big draw for doctors and physicians due to on-call radius to Tacoma hospitals.
